I had the pleasure of listening to Townhouse's debut EP with the incredible title 'New Year, New Me'. This really is a brilliant journey from start to finish, travelling through a huge range of emotions and feelings.
This is an incredibly strong debut EP from Townhouses. It gives me big shoegaze vibes with grungy, dark guitar and hard hitting vocals. I especially like the 2 longer tracks at the end of the EP with extended instrumental sections. They remind me slightly of Do Nothing with the psychedelic elements of their tracks. With themes such as love, heartbreak and grief this EP has everything and I can't wait to see what comes next from these guys. Experience the story for yourself!
